Universal throw over panniers, offering a universal fit, not requiring frames. Suitable for most bikes with side panels or fenders. These panniers have been thoroughly tested on and off road. The rear of each bag is fitted with a pocket, which closes with a clip down lid. A mesh pocket on each of the outside panels is fitted with an elastic draw string.
