Heavy duty mild steel. These KLR 650 crashbars from SW-Motech are designed to provide maximum protection,optical integration,and high quality fit and finish.
Constructed of 26.9mm outer-diameter mild steel tubing and fits with either original plastic skidplate or SW-Motech aluminium skidplate (sold separately).
Don`t delay, a replacement radiator is around $1300.00 for these bikes and its alot cheaper to touch up the crashbars than to re-paint or replace a side fairing.
An added advantage of these bars is that they have the provision to mount highway pegs.
All SW-Motech crashbars are sand blasted then powder coated to provide long term protection from the elements.
